Hi! We’re Amanda and Jessica, the co-founders of Groundwork Co-Creative: a national Black-led consultancy that helps nonprofits operationalize liberation by helping create and maintain organizational cultures that welcome growth and change.
Through virtual (and occasionally in-person) facilitation, we work closely with nonprofits to uncover the underlying issues contributing to their stagnation. Whether it's creating retreats for strategic visioning, conducting goal-setting sessions, or assisting in the development of organizational values, our focus remains unwavering: identifying and addressing the root causes that impede progress. Through decades of experience working in the nonprofit sector, we've honed our skills to create joy-centered processes that bring people together and sustain transformative work.
